Shipping Locations
We ship to the following European Union countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
Excluded regions: Due to significantly higher shipping costs to remote island territories, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:
Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla
France: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon
Portugal: Azores, Madeira
Italy: Lampedusa, Pantelleria
Finland: Åland IslandsOrders placed from excluded regions will be cancelled and refunded in full.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over €70.
For orders under €70:
EU Zone 1: (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain): €4.99
EU Zone 2: (Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden): €7.99
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays)
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time
European Union: 4-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to specific issues in some regions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email to your registered email address
- GLS tracking number
- Direct link to track your package

Delivery
Delivery attempts:
- GLS will attempt delivery to your specified address
- If you're not available, GLS will leave a notice with instructions for collection or redelivery
- Packages not collected within the specified timeframe may be returned to us
Important: Please ensure your delivery address and contact phone number are correct at checkout.
Delivery Issues
Package not arrived?
- Contact us at hello@bellumera.com with your order number
- We'll track your package and resolve the issue with GLS
Damaged package:
- Inspect your package upon delivery
- If damaged, note this with the courier and contact us immediately at hello@bellumera.com with photos
- We'll arrange a replacement or refund
Incorrect address:
- We cannot modify the shipping address once your order has been dispatched
- Contact GLS directly using your tracking number to request address correction (fees may apply)
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees will apply
Lost or stolen packages:
- Contact us at hello@bellumera.com
- We'll investigate with GLS and find a solution
Important Notes
- Signature may be required for delivery
- Check your tracking regularly to know when to expect delivery
- Provide accurate contact information so GLS can reach you if needed
EU Consumer Rights
As an EU-based company, we comply with all EU consumer protection regulations. Your statutory rights are not affected by this shipping policy.
