Our Story
I used to be the guy my girlfriend refused to share a bed with.
Not because of snoring — because I'd sit up at 3AM, convinced there was a snake under my pillow. Heart racing, searching the sheets for it — while slowly realizing I was awake. Eyes open. Still searching.
Other nights I'd speak to her in complete gibberish. Full sentences, no meaning. She was scared. I remembered nothing.
Sleepwalking. Sleep talking. Waking up more tired than before bed. Doctors said "stress." (So helpful!).
So I started digging myself. Clinical studies, pharmacology papers, ingredients most people have never heard of. Magnesium and zinc helped right away. But they weren't enough.
I went deeper. Reishi — the "mushroom of immortality" used in Chinese medicine for centuries, now quietly showing up in elite athlete recovery protocols. Affron® — a patented saffron extract from Spain with real clinical trials behind it, so expensive most supplement brands skip it entirely.
But here was the problem: nobody was connecting these dots. Every sleep supplement I found was either a weak herbal blend or a pharmaceutical aid that left you foggy until noon.
Nothing that supported what sleep is actually supposed to do: repair, restore, rebuild.
So I built it myself. Fourteen months. Back and forth with pharmacologists. Every ingredient dosed to actually work — not just look good on a label.
The result is NOX.
These days I sleep through the night. No snakes. No gibberish. And my girlfriend? She's my wife now. She sleeps just fine too.

The Philosophy
Some people turn aging well into a full-time job. Seventeen supplements. Ice baths at 5am. Tracking every biomarker like it's a stock portfolio.
We think that's unnecessary. Most of the benefits come from doing a few things well.
But here's what we do care about deeply.
Being the grandparent who gets down on the floor to play with their grandkids and gets back up without thinking about it.
A mind that stays sharp at 70, not just at 30.
Energy that doesn't disappear at 40.
None of that is guaranteed. But most of it isn't luck either.
It's built over decades, through small choices that compound over time.
We started with sleep. Because nothing works well without it.
