Try NOX for 30 days. If you're not satisfied with your results, simply return the bottle - even if it's opened or partially used - and we'll refund your purchase price.

How it works:

3. Send back the bottle (opened or unopened)
4. We refund your purchase price once we receive the return

Please note:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refund covers product price only (original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable)
- Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery date

- Customer pays return shipping
- Full refund including original shipping costs (as required by EU law)

- Free return shipping (we cover the cost)

## Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect it and notify you within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refund goes to your original payment method
- Allow additional time for your bank to process
